Ages and Stages®, LLC began as Diane Bahr's private speech-language pathology practice in 2001. In 2003, her husband Joe Bahr (MS in Business) joined her in expanding the company. Since that time, Diane and Joe have provided continuing education for speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, educators, nurses, lactation consultants, dieticians, and many others around the globe. Currently, the Ages and Stages® Creative Team, provides resources for feeding, eating, drinking, speech, as well as mouth and airway function on this website and via other avenues. Diane also provides some limited services as available.

is a visionary with a mission. For over 40 years she has treated children and adults with
feeding, motor speech, and mouth function problems. Whie she is a Speech-Language Pathologist
by training, she also honed her skills as a feeding therapist, published author, international
speaker, university instructor, and business owner. Additionally, she has written articles
appearing in a variety of publications and has been interviewed on radio, podcasts, and for
magazines. Diane is the author of the textbook Oral Motor Assesment and Treatment: Ages
and Stages and two parent-professional books Feed Your Baby and Toddler Right: Early
Eating and Drinking Skills Encourage the Best Development and Nobody Ever Told Me
(or My Mother) That! Everything from Bottles and Breathing to Healthy Speech Development.

system and in private practice. She also worked in the fields of Administration, Technical
Recruiting, and Information Technology for another decade. As a contractor with her own
business, Kimberly’s personal and professional experiences have brought her love of
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Information Technology (IT) together. She has worked
online and behind the scenes to aid companies in project development and social media.
Kimberly combines creativity and ingenuity with a caring, compassionate nature in her work and
hopes to assist in expanding and combining the fields of SLP and IT for many years to come.
In this position, Ron has responsibility for information technology resources and infrastructure
for a 42 acre campus. Ron brings over 50 years of technical and management experience in
Information Technology (IT), Program Management, Business Development, Business Processes
and Enterprise Architectures (EA), Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), IT and Communication
Strategy, He is also highly skilled in Complex System Requirements Specification; Application
Design, Development and Integration; Quality Assurance; Infrastructure Consolidation; Network
Management and Operations; Telecommunications Operations Support Systems and Processes;
as well as Systems Engineering.
